Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping ProudPants at Mirovanta. The following terms make up our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates. We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders.

• Estimated delivery time: 8-12 business days.
• Shipment method: Insured Standard Shipping via local carriers (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and similar).

Please note: delivery can occasionally be delayed by customs processing or seasonal holidays.

3. Shipment confirmation & tracking. You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking is usually active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, duties and taxes. Mirovanta is not responsible for customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

5. Damages. If your order arrives damaged, email support@mirovanta.com right away to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and provide photos of the damage so we can evaluate and send a replacement.
