Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mirovanta. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates We are pleased to offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days.

  • Shipment method: Insured Standard Shipping (via local carriers like USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.).

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or seasonal holidays.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes Mirovanta is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders, our shipping method helps minimize these costs.

5. Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mirovanta.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide us with photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
